These additional options allows for a client message queue limiting and discarding of overflowing messages:

$ActionQueueSize             # Maximum number of entries waiting in queue
$ActionQueueDiscardMark      # Start discarding messages after NUM msgs in queue
$ActionQueueDiscardSeverity  # Which messages to discard when watermark is hit
